Quality Certification

CQRA has launched the first construction  quality certification in the country in collaboration with CIDC – an apex body for construction industry started by the Planning Commission ,Govt. of India. This certification is awarded to projects in two stages,  first at construction stage based on quality control exercised at the project  and second after completion of work based on quality achieved.

Salient Features

• Awarded to construction "projects" and not companies
• Based solely on quality performance; other factors like finance, delays in  project schedule, cost escalations are not considered
• Ratings/score awarded while construction is in progress
• Scores will be upgraded/downgraded based on actual performance every quarter
• Final certification at the end of the project based on aggregate scores
