Mr Vijay Ghugre
Passed B.E. (Civil) in the year 1972 with Honors in First class, from the University of Bombay, with Concrete Technology as an elective subject.
He has a multifaceted experience of 38 years in construction of industrial structures, multistoried buildings, aircraft hangars, residential buildings, Flyover bridges, International Convention Center, I.T.Parks, Shopping mall, Hotels etc.
Started his engineering career with M/S Engineering Construction Corporation Ltd (A wholly owned subsidiary of M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd). Subsequently worked with companies like Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Ltd, Axis Construct co., Dubai, UAE, Raunaq International Ltd., Dubon Project Engineering Pvt Ltd., Chawla Interbild Construction Co Pvt Ltd, Essar Properties Ltd, Nagarjuna Construction Co Ltd. He currently working in the position of Chief Engineer with Panchashil Realty.
Mr M R Apte
A Civil Engineer from Pune University, he worked in AFCONS Infrastructure for 32 years and achieved expertise in Engineering, Design, Project Co-ordination and Execution of Marine works. After retiring from position of Director he is engaged in to consultancy and training. He is a Post Graduate faculty at MIT, College of Engineering – Pune and NICMAR.
Mr. Apte has participated in many Seminars and Conferences and has written Technical Papers on specialized Foundations, Marine Works, etc. He has written a Technical Book on 'Construction Technique and Machinery'.
Mr Jayant Devgaonkar
A Civil Engineer from Nagpur University in 1971, worked in India and abroad on prestigious project in all capacities. Currently, CMD of Jaisons Group a company engaged in water proofing and rehabilation, Industrial floorings, pool equipment and building chemical products. He is an expert in construction chemicals and water proofing systems.
Mr Sarang Yadwadkar
Is a B. Arch. 1980. (Sir J J College of Arch., University of Bombay) and F.I.I.A (Fellow of Indian Institute of Architects)
He is practicing since1981 as a Consulting Architect and has designed Residential Buildings, Public Buildings, Industrial Structures, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings, Institutional Buildings, Residential and Commercial Interior works. Presently is working as a Consulting Architect and Technical Consultant.
Dr A J Singh
Holds a graduate and Post graduate degree in Chemical Technology from University Department of Chemical Technology Mumbai. He is a Paint Technologist and has presented several papers in National and International Seminars. He has been associated with CQRA and its Group Companies since the year 2007. Is a life member of number of technical organizations and societies including Institution of Engineers and holds certificate of Chartered Engineer and certified Internal Auditor in ISO 17025.
