Dr P R Swarup :
He graduated as a Civil engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, in 1975. He joined CIDC in 1996, as the first and founding Director and has been responsible for initiating several projects for the welfare of Indian Construction Industry. The notable innovative projects are Grading of Construction Entities, Establishment of Construction Equipment Bank and Creation of Lending Norms for Construction Industry.
He is the Secretary General of Council For Application of Actuarial Science in Risk Management in Construction & Applied Industries (CARM), Chairman of Asian Concrete Institute (ACCI), Chairman of SAARC-Construction Industry Council and the Vice President of International Council of Consultants (ICC).
He is currently the Governor of Engineering Council of India, Indian Society of Trenchless Technology, and National Real Estate Development Council, New Delhi and also serves as a member of National Council of Vocational Training, Ministry of Labour, GOI.
Mr Surendra Gadi :
He is a very experienced civil engineer with more than 40 years experience in construction and real estate development. Was Head of Tata Housing Development Co Ltd in its formative years to profitability and thereafter headed the Real Estate Division of large corporates. Currently Member of the Advisory Board of CQRA (a RE quality assurance company of professionals) & Senior Advisor to Godrej Properties Limited among others.
Mr Mahesh Mani :
Till recently CEO of India Property Fund (a fund sponsored by Vornado Realty Trust, one of the largest RIETS in the world & TCG Group) & as CEO & MD of TCG Real Estate a professional Real Estate Company in the Office properties space. Was earlier Citibank’s Head of Mortgage & Developer Lending in India. Currently an independent Advisor to leading developers and Member of the Advisory Board of CQRA.
Mr Anant Khandekar :
A hardcore Civil Engineer with more than 45 years construction experience of which 35 years is overseas working in the UK, Hongkong and Thailand on mega infrastructure and speciality building project.
