Construction Industry Development Council

Established by Planning Commission 'Govt. of India' Construction Industry Development Council is nodal apex body for construction industry that guides government policy on the industry . CIDC is the representative organization of the Indian construction industry and seeks to further its collective interests.

Notable Contribution of CIDC Include :

  • Setting up training and certification courses for construction workers ,craftsmen and supervisors through its centers all over India
  • 10th & 11th Plan Chapter on Construction Finance, Banking and Taxation
  • Development of Insurance Cover / Instruments for Construction Sector Projects
  • Establishing of a Construction Equipment Bank

CQRA in Partnership with CIDC has introduced a quality certification for Buildings, a first of its kind in the country  that aims to empower the property buyers .
