CQRA has developed an objective quality audit system. This system benchmarks the construction quality in building projects. The data is periodically captured from sites in objective formats and comprehensive stage wise audit reports are generated for each building trade with the help of a computer model. The audit covers resources mobilized, the processes adopted and the end results achieved. The stage wise reports give feedback to the client on level of quality standards achieved on site with the help of simple 0 to 10 score cards. A non compliance report also part of reporting structure indicates areas where marks were lost on quality. A special goal setting software helps the clients to set objective quality goals for the following audit by identifying the nonconformities to be eliminated. Audit also gives the independent performance appraisal of engineers and contractors on quality.
