CQRA have developed an objective Quality Audit System that brings accountability towards construction quality in building projects. The purpose of audit is not to police the work but to serve as basis for continuous improvement . Since audits are periodic and through out the construction period they are not a postmortem of the work.

Quality can be achieved only by team effort between clients staff , contractor and the consultants .The CQRA Audit Team works in support of other Project Teams, as a complimentary function and never has a conflicting interest. Team spirit and focus to redefine the quality must prevail at all times. CQRA team will work in parallel with the other teams as a valuable tool to help improve the quality. More over CQRA intension is to educate, motivate and inspire site teams for self driven quality consciousness . This is very important for fulfilling the long term quality objectives of construction projects .
