The project/s have been certified by Durocrete Construction Quality Rating Agency by using Quality Audits and certification in order to bring accountability towards construction quality in building projects. The data collection and observation records are taken jointly and signed by the Management Representatives and CQRA Senior Engineers for maintaining the integrity of the methodology and authenticity of the Audit Process. Utmost care is taken to keep the reports unbiased and honest. This certification / audit by CQRA is based on the observations, recordings during the periodical visits and inspection by RANDOM SAMPLING. It is not possible to perform quality testing/audit on each and every inch/part of the construction carried out. As such our certification reflects the general level of quality control exercised on the site and does not mean defect free construction. CQRA shall not be responsible and liable for any loss or damage caused due to the defect in the construction of whatsoever nature.
