CQRA jointly with CIDC (Construction Industry Development Council) audits and certifies the quality of construction. The CIDC- CQRA CERTIFICATION is an endeavor aimed at empowering the property buyers. We are making a sincere effort to help the Construction Industry achieve international standard.
Set up in March 2004 by a core group of experienced professionals, Durocrete Construction Quality Rating Agency Pvt. Ltd (CQRA) is an offshoot of the quality assurance services division of the well known. Durocrete engineering services (P) ltd.
Currently they employ 30 engineers strong team comprising specialists, professionals, engineers and trained technicians and supervisors for field measurements, computer programming and data collection and reports production.
They are equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation for analysis and investigations etc. Their board of advisors includes eminent persons directing the quality audit process.
The scope of their operations for quality assurance programmes / quality audits include not only RCC structures and other building work such as brickwork, plastering, painting, flooring, plumbing but also electrical, mechanical installation (including lifts, HVAC), specialist equipment etc. With these trades covered under one umbrella.
From their current operation for residential and commercial buildings they now offer their Quality Audit services to encompass specialist building projects such as hospitality, hospitals, retail and Information Technology sector.
